Using the service
By using Punch Volley, you agree to use the site lawfully and not interfere with its availability, security or operation. You may not scrape the site in a way that materially burdens the service, bypass access controls or misrepresent Punch Volley content.
The site is provided for general information and may change, move or become unavailable without notice.
Content and third parties
Publisher names, linked reports and third-party images remain the property of their respective owners. Punch Volley branding and original text may not be republished commercially without permission, except as permitted by law.
Links lead to independent services with their own terms and privacy practices. A link or summary does not imply endorsement, and event details, rules, ratings, schedules, prices and product availability should be verified with the responsible provider.
Paid display links are clearly labeled as advertisements and use sponsored-link markup. Campaign parameters are appended automatically for attribution.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, Punch Volley is provided without warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability. Pickleball, travel and physical activity involve risk; use judgment and qualified professional guidance.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that limitation, Punch Volley is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or reliance on third-party material.
Law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law rules and without limiting mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. Where legally permitted, disputes must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois. Updated terms will be posted with a revised effective date.
